Job Title: J2EE Developer IV (EBAYJP00008634 ) *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate: $65/hr on C2C* Job Description: We are looking for an experienced full stack Java developer to join our team. You will be developing rich JavaScript applications and the backend services to support their development. Responsibilities: Write high-quality, high-performance, maintainable full stack code for our Java/Java EE based product Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (Agile/Scrum), iterative development, estimations and design sessions Collaborate with architecture in planning stage on architectural design of projects. Own product design by facilitating design reviews and staying abreast of design standards and incorporate into product design. Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Operations, and Quality Assurance Engineers in a collaborative environment to provide quality software and solutions. Maintain and improve our engineering culture: perform design and code review, introduce new tools and methods, give "brown bag" presentations, etc. Required Skills: Proficient with JavaScript and Mobile Web technologies 5+ years experience with Java/J2EE development and web development Experience with Spring/Hibernate/ActiveMQ/ JBoss/ Oracle Experience with consuming REST APIs and service-based architectures.
