Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with little supervision. *Duties: *Plan and support LAN and WAN infrastructures to support Enterprise TSM and other systems. Setup/Maintain the TSM server code including schedules, storage pools, management classes, TSM databases, recovery logs, performance parameters, and TSM server options file. Manage capacity and performance of the backup infrastructure ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure. Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain TSM technologies, Plan and coordinate the implementation and support of the TSM products, Solve issues related to the deployment of TSM software. Propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) Create and maintain infrastructure standards documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems design, configuration, support, and processes. Proactively monitor test, collect and analyze system performance statistical data to improve quality of TSM environment.
