4 years Experience - Lotus Web Content Management Development: Authoring
Templates, Presentation Templates, Site Structure, Workflow Creation,
Syndication;
4 years experience - Lotus Web Content Management Administration
4 years experience - Portal Development: WebSphere Portal Themes and Skins
Development and Deployment, Remote Rendering Portlets, Portal
Page Development, Portlet Deployment
4 years experience - Portal Administration
4 years experience - Java, Javascript, HTML
4 years experience - IBM Rational Application Developer or Rational Software
Architect
2 years experience - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
2 years experience - Experience with ANT scripts, Jython, AJAX, XML a plus
Plus: 3 years experience - User Interface/graphic design
Consultant will be reviewing current processes for delivering UI through IBM
Websphere Portal in conjunction with IBM Lotus Content Management. Recommend
changes to process that leverage strength of each tool and skill set of
internal resources. Provide staff with expert advice on use of tools and
techniques. Implement UI design for virtual portals using IBM Webshpere
Portal and IBM Lotus Web Content Management.
