Perform admin functions required within MarkLogic NOSQL Database.
Design and implement Mark Logic and other integration tools within a
variety of Big Data platforms
*Expected experience of Candidates*
5 to 7 years’ overall experience
Minimum 1 or 2 years MarkLogic admin experience
Strong technical and platform knowledge, including some or all of:
ETL tool (Talend/CDC), Databases (DB2/Oracle/Teradata), UNIX platform
(Shell/Perl scripting), Scheduling tools (TWS/Autosys/ControlM).
Experience performing administration of Linux and/or Databases (
NoSQL DBs or Relational)
Experience with Java development
Strong Linux skills
Exposure to Big Data technologies (Hadoop and NoSQL)
Excellent design and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Advanced degree in a technical or business field a plus.
Previous experience with HA and distributed RDBMS
