The role is to be part of a team that provides a 24x7 first point of
contact for infrastructure related requests and incidents within the firm.

*Essential Skills:*

Perimeter Security (VPN, Firewalls, Proxy, anti-spam, Data leakage).
Experience with any of the following firewalls : Cisco Pix, Juniper
Netscreen, Fortigate, IPFilter or iptables. Good understanding of UNIX
operating systems. Knowledge of networking (e.g. OSI layers + functions +
devices). In depth understanding of IP protocols including IP, TCP, UDP,
FTP, DNS, ARP. Understanding of cryptographic protocols. Had exposure to
and performed troubleshoot on common Internet services such as : Email,
DNS, HTTP. Day-to-day monitoring of IT Security's Infrastructure
technologies. Troubleshooting of possible network connectivity or
infrastructure related problems. Outage Management: investigation,
communication, triage and escalation. Production changes & turnovers across
the firm’s infrastructure. Supplement existing, or update documentation as
the environment is modified. Creation/supplementation of Operational
Run-books. Experience in firewall and/or network management MUST,
preferably in the Financial Services sector.



*Desirable Skills:*

Core Security (Kerberos, Radius, RSA, Encryption). End Point Security
(Anti-virus, Device lockdown, End Point Encryption). Had exposure to end
point protection (anti-virus, device lockdown). (For Transporter)
Distributed Database, Dynamic SQL. CCNA or equivalent certifications. CISSP
or equivalent certification.

*Description:*

• 5+ Years of Industry Experience working with Contact Center Technology
(Financial sector preferred)

• 5+ Years of Technical Experience with “Hosted” IVR and Advanced Speech
Systems (Genesys a plus)

• Experience in managing large multi-site  contact center implementations

• Experience managing development teams working with IVR & Speech
applications. Familiar with call flows from IVR to CTI for call routing and
screen pop

• VXML based IVR platforms such as CVP, GVP, AVP/AEP, etc.

• Integration with the various back-end data systems, servers and adjuncts:

o Web technology and application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, IIS, Apache,
WebLogic, etc.

o NICE, Genesys, etc.

o Web Services, HTTP/XML

o Database via SQL, JDBC/ADO.NET (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Informix)

o Reporting

• Experience in writing technical design specifications for IVR and Speech
applications

• Experience in developing call flows for complex applications

• Successful track record of developing speech applications for contact
center operations

• Strong understanding of Natural Language design and Directed Dialogue
design techniques for speech applications

• Strong knowledge of IVR, Speech Engine, Back-end, Reporting, and CTI
architecture

• Strong knowledge of various speech engine capabilities and tuning concepts

• Strong business analysis, requirements, design and documentation skills

• Ability to communicate both functional and technical concepts to the
client

• Call Recording , Predictive dialing and WFM a plus

• International experience a plus

• Customer service skills a must

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
