*Required Skills:  *

The person must have expertise in the following areas.

.           Candidate must have 7 - 8 years of administration experience
with

SharePoint and IIS in a distributed environment.

.           Configure, develop and support SharePoint solutions and farms.

.           Troubleshoot SharePoint site problems, address site permissions

concerns, create and configure sites, and assist in the definition of site
resources.

.           Assist with SharePoint account maintenance, authentication

questions, and general requests for information and training.

.           Perform system upgrades when necessary.

.           Work with Information Security, Systems Administration and other

teams to ensure security configurations are applied and other standards are
followed.

.           Migrating sites and site collections from SharePoint 2007 to

SharePoint 2010.

.           Understand SharePoint 2007, SharePoint 2010, MS Project
Enterprise

server, InfoPath form and Workflow design.

.           Related certifications will be a plus.

.           It would also be helpful if the person had expertise in
supporting

the Microsoft IIS environments, including .NET Applications, TFS, and Load
Balanced/Cluster environments

.           Must be able to work in a highly collaborative, enterprise

environment where attention to detail is expected.

.           Identify, define and document processes, artifacts, and methods
for

provisional, operational and support proficiency.

.           Focus on maintaining a stable environment, upgrading to newer

technologies, monitoring and resolving Remedy (help desk) tickets, working
closely with clients including senior executives to resolve issues and
working with vendors to both resolve issues and analyze new technologies.

.           Strong verbal and written communication skills
