Title: BPM Specialist (OpenText BPM) Location: Redmond, Washington Duration: 6 Months *Job Description:* BPM Tools Specialist (OpenText BPM) • Design and implement BPM based solutions using OpenText BPM Suite • Experience of understanding the business requirements, process models and designing solutions based on industry leading practices. • Interpret documented customer functional requirements and analyze processes for potential efficiencies where possible • Collaborate with development team to create high level architecture, design standards, and system integration strategies • Document designs, data models, and developed software in technical design documents • Extensive experience of having architected OpenText/Metastorm BPM solutions. • Extensive experience of architecting the integration OpenText/Metastorm based BPM applications with other technology stack apps and data-sources. • Assist with internal unit testing to ensure developed functionality adheres to requirements • Participate in routine demonstrations to clients throughout the project life-cycle • Assist with OpenText configuration and deployments in multiple environments • Skills Required o 5+ years of experience developing custom BPM software solutions using modern BPM packages such OpenText (Global 360, Metastorm), Appian, Lombardi, Savvion, or other leading BPM package. o At least 2+ years of experience in developing/supporting OpenText BPM applications o Expertise in Process Modeling using OpenText/Metastorm platform o Experience in using OpenText/Metastorm designer to create maps for process design and integrating calls to JavaScript or .net based components to implement the workflow functionality o Extensive experience in ASP.Net, C#, Transact SQL, Web Services, WCF-based Web Services o Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL) using Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL o Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications o Full software development lifecycle experience o Strong communication and presentation skills o Strong problem solving and design skills 3.
