*Business System Analyst* *Location: Chicago IL* *Duration: 12 plus months* * * *Description* Our highly respected global client is seeking qualified *Jr. and Senior Business Systems Analysts* to work independently or as part of a team to document Supply Chain/Warehouse business processes, and construct process models, for the identification of improvement opportunities or procedural and control deficiencies. In addition, the BSA specifies, designs, documents, tests and delivers business systems and process solutions that enables the business to achieve their strategic goals faster and with sustained success. *Core Responsibilities:* · Supports the use of SAP Business Warehouse query tools and develops reports for various warehouse staff. · Defines business requirements for the development and implementation of new or revised business processes using associated SAP functionality. · Documents processes by using standard methods, formats, and tools to create project or process documentation. · Assures quality of business systems by developing and executing test specifications, test plans, and quality plans, and working with quality assurance analysts to improve quality processes. · Resolves issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions. · Cultivates an extensive network of support to facilitate completion of assignments. Influences middle management on technical/business solutions.
