Please find below the positions that we have with our client, if you have any potential match please forward your resume along with contact details… *Job Title:* Application Developer/Engineer with Rundeck *Location*: Irving, TX *Duration:* Long term *Pay rate:* DOE *Description*: *JOB DESCRIPTION* · Skilled in configuring and setting up Rundeck product à Should understand how Rundeck can be set up and configured , including ,ACL policy ,Project,Node, Resource,ssh keys configuration etc · Configuring and Managing the Rundeck Server environmentà Installing and Configuring Rundeck, Starting, Stopping and monitoring rundeck, Knowledge on different log files. · Setting up high availability System- Should understand load balancing, Virtual IP (VIP) concepts ect. · Strong understanding on Shell and Bash Script à Redhat Linux *Rundeck Customization:* · Basic understanding on Groovy/ Grails , Gradle is needed to do any customization in *Rundeck*.--> *Rundeck* is developed using Groovy/Grails programming language and Gradle along with maven is used For building projects. IDE for development is eclipse. This resource will specifically work on managing complex *Rundeck *environments which includes monitoring production and non-production environments, work on fix releases and upgrades that needs to be deployed to environments, Manage custom code/scripts that are part of the run deck deployments. Create new customization to the product to satisfy the demand/need from Rundeck users. The resource will also need to work as a support staff to assist other team with *Rundeck *issues. *Experience:* • *Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rundeck.* • 5+ years of experience in Java/J2ee. • 3+ years of experience in Groovy/Grails. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Gradle or Maven Build tools. • Experienced in Linux scripting. • Basic understanding on Oracle database is an added advantage. • Experience with production support, operation and performance tuning • Experience developing load-balanced, highly-available, fault-tolerant, disaster recovery deployments • Experience as part of an Agile Team; JIRA/Confluence etc • Willingness to learn and work on different product suites is a must.
