Job Title : Oracle PL/SQL Developer with XML Location : fairfax, VA Duration : 3+Month Contract The following position is for our Federal client. The initial term is 3 months but high or excellent work performance will increase the duration of length to a long term position. Job Description: Minimum 6-8 years experience as a DB developer in Oracle 10g/11g environment as Senior Developer on large application development projects. 5- 7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling & Conceptual Modeling, Logical modeling, Entity relationship diagrams. Experience in Unix/Linux Shell scripting and Windows batch scripts, FTP and SFTP protocols and data transfer processes. Experience in data modeling – using any industry standard data modeling tool. Must have strong OracleXML DB and PL/SQL application development skills and excellent knowledge of Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Views, Materialized View, Flash back and XML features and writing complex SQL queries. Tune SQL & Database by creating/using indexes, hints, analyzing the plans, materialized views, restructuring queries.
