Duration:- CTH 6 Months or C2C *Start Date: ASAPMode of interview: Telephonic * Job Description: Enterprise Architect The Enterprise Architecture enables effective end-to-end change and is focused on: Designing a coherent enterprise, that is, ensuring architecture is aligned to the Swiss Re and CorSo operating model Building an architecture capability in the firm that provides a compass to ensure long-term architecture agility and also on building architecture relevant skills and people networks. The unit provides a dynamic, challenging environment and offers a unique learning opportunity across all areas of Swiss Re. The opportunity Actively work in a cross-functional and global environment with stakeholders across Business Functions and Information Technology, applying end-to-end architecture development frameworks and consulting methodologies. Effectively lead, execute or support enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional architecture improvement initiatives and maintain the long-term view in order to meet customer requirements and key business objectives. Own all EA aspects of CorSo IT in close collaboration with CorSo IT Regional Heads. Fundamentals Possess core knowledge and skills required for all levels of architecture management Effectively collect, evaluate and organize information using a logical and systematic process Deliver presentations in a confident, enthusiastic and polished manner both in-person and virtually; show ability to effectively present complex or technical information to target audience Enterprise Architecture Translate business and IT strategies and goals into architectural blueprints fitting into the overall CorSo Architectural blueprint covering process, information and sytem dimension..
