Job Title : PeopleSoft HR Techno Functional Consultant Location : Boston, MA Duration : 6+ Months Contract Hiring Manager Comments: Please target a resources who is strong technical resource that also understand hierarchy and how it relates to applications w/in HRMS. Client is looking for a solution to integrate the hierarchy and making sure the solution works for the self-service modules (which depend on hierarchy).They need someone who has some real strong hands on development experience and again understands hierarchy structures (b/c there are multiple), how they work with SS and preferably someone who has some hands on experience integrating/customizing hierarchy to meet client needs. Hands on experience working w/Self Service (MSS, ESS, eRecruit, TAM, ePerformance) would be next important skillset b/c in some cases both organizations have their own custom self service solutions (specifically MSS & eRecruit) final solution will need to meet the needs of both. *Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience 5+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with HCM modules 3+ years of Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least 4 of the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit 5+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with all HCM modules. 3+ years of strong experience wih PIA Experience with data & business process standardization. Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred: Oracle SOA experience and PeopleSoft ELM is a definite plus. Demonstrates excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio) Experience managing in political environments and ability to interact with executives as well as individual contributors. Willing to travel 100% and Open to Relocation.
