CBS Role: Job Description


1.      5+ years of experience in Telecomm domain.
2.      Excellent communication & delegation skills.  Ability to
quickly learn new business and technical concepts/applications in a
fast paced service focused environment.
3.      Exposure to tools like HP Quality Center, Clear Quest, CRM, Remedy
4.      Responsible for analysis of existing business processes,
design and implementation of streamlined processes and leading client
organizations in the identification, planning and implementation of
business process solutions. Works as a liaison to clients and other IT
organizations as a subject matter expert on the business processes
they represent.
5.      Responsible for creating reports, project metrics, Pareto
reports, root cause analysis
6.      Handling situations/incidents like outages/escalated
issues/degraded services/high-critical order/ticket push, etc... in
order to meet business targets by coordinating with all key
stakeholders like IT – support-delivery/business/PMO/ATT Senior Mgmt.
7.      Evaluate the existing application/system performance and drive
the Tooling roadmap for the IT applications.
8.      Ability to work end to end delivery model- Desired. Should be
aware of processes in following domains – Ordering, Service Delivery,
Provisioning and billing. Also, be able to work in onshore /offshore
model and Release weekend support.
