*SharePoint Engineer needed * *Duration: Long term* *Location: Orlando, Orange, Florida* *Note:Only USC & G.C’S* *NOTE: Our client ARE NOT looking for a SharePoint developer. They need SharePoint Engineer who know how to use SharePoint and build SharePoint sites and applications. Specifically looking for individuals that have the experience to build the underlying SharePoint infrastructure, maintain it over time, and have experience upgrading SharePoint and/or migrating to SharePoint Online* *Qualifications:* · Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with design, implementation, and support of Microsoft collaboration technologies for 3000+ global users. · Previously moved SharePoint 2007 to 2013 through engaging business partners, prioritizing requirements, establishing governance, and completing content migration. · Demonstrated responsibility of the Office 365 platform; ownership of messaging, conferencing, file sync and share, team sites, and legal hold services. · Demonstrated ability to migrate SharePoint 2013 sites from on-prem to Office 365, establish hybrid SharePoint on-prem and cloud with Enterprise Search. · Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of stakeholders and internal customers with an utmost focus on user experience and customer satisfaction. *Qualifying questions, please answer:* 1. Describe the last time you built new on-premise SharePoint environment. Describe or diagram the architecture that was built. If a diagram is submitted is should not include any existing or prior employer information. 2. Describe a situation where you migrated content from an earlier version of SharePoint to a new version. For example, migrating from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 or SharePoint 2013. 3. Describe a situation when you have migrated content from an on-premise SharePoint environment to SharePoint Online.
