*Title-Senior Oracle application Functional Consultant - UPK* *Duration-3+ months(strong possibility of an extension)*
*Location- Cleveland, Ohio* *Interview mode- Phone/Skype* Project Description Project Scope: Sherwin-Williams is in the process of expanding its base of Oracle ERP modules. To meet this goal, we will be implementing the following Oracle modules and develop several customized components to meet our Business needs and requirements. 1. FIN: AP & GL 2. SCM: PO, INV, iSupplier, iProcurement and Sourcing Contractor Role The required contractor (Sr. Functional Consultant) will be managed by the Training Lead in order to successfully produce and or update qualified training content developed using the training tool - UPK. Role: 1. Attend System Integration Testing to become familiar with system and processes being implemented 2. Develop standard and customized test scripts based on the that system 3. Develop UPK training topics based on the standard and customized system processes 4. Work with the limited direction from the Project Leads to complete the above 5. Receive UPK training if required Technical Experience/Skills Required 1. 8+ years IT experience. 2. 8+ years Oracle application experience with: P2P (AP, PO/Receipts), O2C (INV, AR, OM,) 3. 8+ years’ experience with developing/building and executing FIN and or SCM test scripts. 4. 8+ years as an Oracle FIN or SCM Consultant 5. Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills. 6. Experience with Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents. 7. Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications module integration and architecture 8. Actively engage Direct Managers to ensure that quality of the product and time lines are met 9. Able to manage open issues, request and with Leads to prioritize and resolve in a timely manner Technical Experience/Skills Preferred 1. Familiar with Oracle UPK Professional or higher preferred 2. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 3. Track record of good time management, prioritizing projects and estimating work Non-Technical Skills Required 1. Excellent written and oral communications skills 2. Exceptional ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly 3. Excellent systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem solving skills 4. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 5. Ability to quickly pick up new tools and technologies (UPK) 6. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 7. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, and to lead and influence cross-organizationally 8.
