Interoperate with other technical departments in TRM Able to communicate effectively internal customers Possess a wide range of technical knowledge Self motivated and able to work independently Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in sometimes stressful situations Proven skills analyzing and troubleshooting complex systems configurations Effective team player willing to assist others when needed Good written and verbal communication Be Responsive *Required Technical Qualifications* *5+ years of IT experience* *3+ years of experience supporting a SAN infrastructure* *Proficient in EMC hardware and software, especially VMAX, DMX, ECC, ESRS * *Proficient in NetApps hardware build and configuration, FAS Clusters, Ops Manager, NFS, CIFS, Snapmirror, vfiler config, NDMP.* *TSM knowledge, building and maintaining a TSM environment.
