Needs to be all inclusive on the rate (expenses included in to rate) and willing to work Monday through Friday in White Plains, NY *Serve as a key support specialist and functional and technical expert for the Controller*s Office Budgets Group. *Using a thorough understanding of budgets, planning, financial and accounting practices in the electric industry, and a large government Authority. the candidate must be able to guide and assist business experts in completing the annual budget process and following reporting and related tasks through the budget year *Be able to recommend and implement EDW layers within the BI Architecture. Able to advise on the whole Reporting & Analytics landscape including Business Objects Products and Planning products for budget. Thoroughly understand the budget business process. *Conversion of BPS to BPC. *Ability to support current BI 7.0 environment and trouble shoot when required. Environment is comprised of BPC and numerous other cubes queries and workbooks use to support corporate accounting, finance and budgets. *Must have at least eight years of experience using BPS *Must have through knowledge of BPC *Must have a degree in accounting or work experience equivalent *Must have extensive experience in working in mid or large size corporate environment where budgeting is done on a work breakdown structure level *Must have extensive experience *Candidates must be experts with standard SAP provided BI business content. *Must have at least 8 years of SAP BW (BI) functional configuration and development experience preferably with a finance and supply chain background with emphasis on planning, budgeting and forecasting. *Must have experience in designing, implementing and supporting complex reports. *Must have ability to provide go-live Production Support, expertise with SAP BW (BI) terminology, structure and functionality. *Must have at least 8 years of strong SAP BW (3.5 and 7.0) experience and worked at multiple similar projects. This includes; *Implementation experience (design, architecture, and development of various BI objects and reports) in SAP BI 7. 0. *Hands-on performance tuning. Including building of indexes, aggregates, statistics, compression, code review, query design, etc. desired. *Expertise with BI performance optimization. *Must have extensive knowledge of data warehousing concepts, strategies, and solutions. *Ability to work with users to assure converted queries, reports etc. meet user requirements. *Must have effective collaboration skills. *Must have the ability to communicate effectively across many different levels of technical and business acumen. *Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities *Ability to understand business rules governing financial and budgeting process. *Must have strong SAP R/3 experience. *Strong analytical skills focused on creating optimal solutions. *An understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology. -- Full name: Number: Email id: Rate: Location: 2 References: At least provide one American references.
