Occasional weekend work required. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Analyze and solve application/server related issues in a timely manner 2. Manage and security process as it relates to the applications 3. Perform Level II troubleshooting for SharePoint, Project Server and Team Foundation Server 4. Collaborate with teams to configure tools for monitoring and use them to pro-actively resolve issues 5. Work closely with IT sub teams including Database Administrators, Service Desk, Developers, and Architecture 6. Implement appropriate levels of disaster recovery strategies 7. Create and maintain technical documentation 8. Develop training and mentor team members 9. Participate in monthly maintenance windows 10.
