*Role :  Business Analyst must have worked on E-Commerce Websites and
worked in an Agile environment*

*Location: Baltimore MD*

*Duration: 6 months*



Description :



The project is focused on re-platforming our current B2B Website onto
client platform.  The project has just kicked off and we are beginning the
planning and requirements phase of the project.  We are looking to fill
this position immediately.



We are looking for *Business Analyst that has worked on E-Commerce
Websites, web experiences is a must.*  The ideal candidate would have a
proven history of successfully working in an Agile development environment.
I have included below a number of requirements we are looking for
candidates to possess that are submitted for this position.



   -

   Partner with key stakeholders to analyze E-Commerce business gaps and
   opportunities, elicit and capture complete and unambiguous user
   requirements, and break down complex processes into workable units.
   -

   Effectively facilitate JAP / JAD sessions, build consensus, and define
   done criteria.
   -

   Aggregate input from stakeholders to prioritize features and
   requirements according to business value, and support release and sprint
   planning meetings.
   -

   Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements, and communicate
   changes and decisions to the Program Manager and teammates.
   -

   Assist business in creating Wire Frames to complete visual
   representation of the functional capability of the business need
   -

   Represent user, functional and non-functional requirements in Use Case
   and/or User Story  and/or any other standard requirements modelling format
   efficient for the client
   -

   Excellent communication both verbally and written is a must.
