7+yrs hands on QA and testing automation exp. BA Computer Science or equivalent work exp Strong Oral and Communication Skills Creating, maintaining,and executing automated test scripts at the code level using JAVA. The position is to work with the IBM Rational Functional Tester (RFT) for web based applications and SELENIUM/APIUM for mobile-based applications within established automation framework. Exposure to Rational Team Concert (RTC) and Rational Quality Management(RQM) is a plus not required. Back End Database experience is important. Solid ability to create SQL queries and analyze the results. Experience Testing under variuos application environments including web-based, mobile and client/server. Ability to review and understand business requirements,functioal specifications and system design documentswith the goal of performing a structured validation. Retail Experience preferred, but not critical. Experience using defect tracking systems and general knowledge of defect processing and control.
