Of the 5 years, at least 2 years should include test lead activities. (NOTE: 3 YEARS MUST BE ANALYTICAL) Knowledge of SQA and testing concepts Experience creating test plans and test scenarios for software applications Experiences reviewing project requirements and design specifications for quality Experience defining testing requirements that ensure the solution provided meets the system requirements Experience in leading team of test analysts and testers Aptitude and interest in learning Publix testing requirements Ability to adapt to and follow Publix testing methodology and standards. Ability to prioritize testing based on risk assessment Must possess a strong work ethic and a desire to lead testing of large and complex projects Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate project meetings. Must possess good planning and organizational skills Must have an excellent record of attendance and punctuality Desired Skills: SQL querying skills Experience using Test Director/Quality Center specifically for defining requirements coverage, writing test cases and executing test cases.
