This position is probably more technical in nature. A new Senior Oracle Developer position with Rodgers Group for a 2-4 month project. In the Oracle Financial world, this person needs to have both functional and technical knowledge of the OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) module and Payroll. Specifically, the person needs to understand the union reporting capabilities and be prepared to help create the necessary reports needed from the OTL module. The current union reporting system is a custom one written in 2004 and they want to eliminate it and begin using the OTL module for all reporting.
