Very good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows 2003/2008/2012 servers. Good knowledge of BIND, ADFS and Multi Forest administration and troubleshooting. Hands on Power Shell scripting knowledge. Previously worked in Microsoft an added plus. At least 1 large migration (Multi Domain, at least 10000 Objects) experience Ability to create Disaster Recovery scenarios and troubleshoot them.
