*Requirements: *

   - Typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to
   the following:
   - Full SDLC framework to analyze, develop, enhance and maintain software
   solutions.

*Programming skills include: *

   - C# in an ASP .NET ver. 2.0 MVC framework
   - Design, implement, enhance presentation layer using XHTML, JavaScript,
   CSS, XML, Web Services, etc.

*Proficient in: *

   - SQL Server stored procedures, object oriented programming

*General testing skills including: *

   - Functional, unit, smoke testing, test cases, test scripts
   - Knowledgeable in release management and deployment of software
   - Generating both systems and user documents as required.
   - Knowledgeable in Agile (scrum) methodology framework
   - Ability to write technical documentation
   - Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
   - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills





*Qualifications: *

   - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related
   field.
   - Minimum 5 years of development, especially in the web technologies
   area
   - Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
