*Title: VMware* *Location: Pittsburgh, PA/ Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 9 months* *Job Description* Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Have experience engineering Microsoft Windows client operating systems virtualized on VMware. • Manage the virtual desktop environment through automation. • Management and implementation of Windows Group Policy in a large and complex organization. *Other Skills/Abilities:* • Proven experience in developing and executing on the product/project lifecycle including selection, design, test, certify, implement, support and optimize. • Strong background in many desktop technologies working for large, complex organizations. Includes Windows Group Policy, Powershell, etc. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills *Desirable Technical Experience:* • VMware ESX, including template based imaging. • Microsoft Windows 7 • User state virtualization (AppSense, MS USV) • Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop • Microsoft App-V • Optimization and Automation of large virtualized environments. • Experience with Microsoft Operating System Deployment – SCC OSD, MDT is a plus.
