Consultant Must Have Ead or Green Card Status

*Job Title :  Business Analyst  with Identity Management (IDM)
Location :  Milwaukee , WI
Duration : 7 Months Contract*


*Skills Needed:
* Effective client engagement leveraging Voice of the Customer (VOC)
principles
* Highly inquisitive nature delving deep into complex ideas
* Experience with different application development methodologies
(waterfall, agile, etc)
* Disciplined in prototyping, use case design, UML, process design, JAD and
respective tools/techniques
* Understanding of IT processes, including familiarity with IT terminology
and standards
* Knowledge of the business processes, systems, and philosophy associated
with high-performance, high-technology companies
* Adhere to and leverage formal Quality documentation templates
* Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational
skills
* Self-motivated and able to multitask and manage own time in a fast-paced
and changing environment
* Ability to learn and utilize internal enterprise electronic publishing
tools and techniques for content management activities
* Working knowledge of MS Office, Visio, UML applications, such as MagicDraw
* Commitment to and sense of urgency for project timelines*


*Other Qualifications of Resource(s):
* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,
Business Administration or 3-5+ years experience as* *a Business Systems
Analyst, Business Process Engineer or related field
* (Desired) Familiar Quality Management System (QMS) - eNPI, myWorkshop
(MatrixOne)
* (Desired) Member of the International Institute of Business Analysts, or
similar association*

*Deliverables (In Scope):
* Lead Active Stakeholder Participation' process - Collaborate with
stakeholders to elicit Object-oriented requirements, negotiate priorities
and collaborate with the architecture team to reduce the feedback loop,
improve communication, address acceptance criteria and implement effectively
*
** Proactively and routinely communicate in a geographically dispersed,
distributed and highly matrixed organization employing all mediums -
videoconferencing, WebEx, teleconferencing, wiki, email, instant messaging,
1x1 meetings, etc
* End-to-End documentation deliverables within standard release cycles -
User Requirement Specification (URS), System Requirement Specification
(SRS), System Design Document (SDD), Test Scripts, Work Instructions (as
needed), Release Notes (as needed) and other materials that may be assigned
by the Team Lead, Project and Compliance managers
* Similar documentation deliverables as listed above, but associated with
bug fixes and existing functional enhancements
Out of Scope:  Project Planning, QMS Template Revisions, and Application
Code Development*


*SLA
* Metrics (How do we measure success?):
* All functional and system requirements are defined, reviewed, prioritized
and documented
* Core Release Cycle documents are delivered on time as specified by the
Project Manager or within the published project plan
* Documentation is complete and approved in MyWorkshop and eNPI (as needed)
* Resources are on-site at a minimum 32 hours per week unless explicitly
agreed to by team lead for project
* Resources are tracking project time as needed against project budgets
(using Time Tracker)
* Change Orders are documented
* SLA measurement (How do we take the measurement?):
* Stakeholder agreement
* Functional and System Requirements traceability
* Documentation is completed, reviewed and published in MWS
* Milestone actuals compared to project baseline/stakeholder commitment
* Signatures obtained in MWS and eNPI
* Celek time tracked within 5 days of week completion
* Frequency of measurement:  Weekly*
