*Job Title : QA Test Manager* *Location : Troy, MI* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Rate : $55/hr* *US Citizens Or Green card holders only Required.* *Local consultants highly preferred.* Experience : *Over all, 9+, must have worked as a test manager and lead the teams for last 2-3 years. * Requirement: Test Manager needed for Delphi Transition. - Advanced Level Test Manager with substantial delivery experience and associated skills - Onsite and local office role in Troy, MI area - Supports client facing communication and relationship building - Self-starter able to grow and drive new testing services opportunities Add’l requirements: - Strong written and oral communication skills - 9+ years of relevant QA methodology, test management, and services delivery experience. Experience in leading and delivering multiple testing services in multiple technologies. Exceptional in testing and development methodologies and their interaction. - Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IS, Engineering or related field Test Management/Project Management. Customer/ Vendor Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Test case creation and execution experience, automation knowledge, US based, English language proficiency, independent worker once directed, SQL preferred, use of ALM/QC, BA/BS degree desired. Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills and problem solving ability required. Ability to lead/manage/direct testing team and project. ALM, Quality Center, manual functional testing, SQL, QTP, strong communication skills. Previous experience in Healthcare, Medicaid and/or Claims Adjudication. Proficient in testing analysis and design, writing business requirements, functional and performance models, and test specifications to: develop functional models for testing, develop performance models for testing, evaluate and validate test cases and scripts, validate functional models for testing, validate performance models for testing, develop test specifications, validate test specifications, validate testing coverage, escalate quality issues for resolution, evaluate test automation tools and validate testing environment in order to develop test specifications. Proficient in testing processes and tools to: execute test cases and scripts, analyze test results, report on testing progress and results, facilitate defect resolution and document final test results in order to execute testing engagement. Tools/Technical Skills: ALM / HP Quality Center, SQL, Windows 2010, MS Office Suite Knowledge/ Testing Manager/consultant skills. Experience in leading and delivering multiple testing services in multiple technologies. Exceptional in testing and development methodologies and their interaction.
