Work with application developers, network administrators, security administrators, etc. to coordinate and maintain high usage availability of critical applications. Develop appropriate systems recommendations to meet user needs, including system configurations and installation planning. Additional responsibilities include: Building of new servers, customize the servers as per the application requirement and Installation, configuration, monitoring and performance tuning WLST scripts to create and manage WebLogic domains Performance tuning of JVM Heap size, Garbage collection, java stack, JMS & production performance of WebLogic.
