5 years minimum experience in ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, ASP, XML, XSL and
CSS required. Development experience in MOSS 2007 (SharePoint) REQUIRED.
Lotus Notes Domino experience preferred. The primary role of the lead
developer is to quide development of solutions in SharePoint using XSL(-T),
CSS, HTML and ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> and C# that will be migrating from
Lotus Notes Domino. Deployment experience is required. The lead developer
works directly with the BA to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Technical skills are the key to this role but we also require excellent
communication skill (both written and oral). Design experience is required
for this role. This role also has responsibility for ensuring how projects
are developed and what approach is taken based on Monsanto Standards
(SharePoint, .NET, Web, Usability). This role is accountable for design
approach and following standards as well as making sure that other
developers on their project follow set standards if more than one developer
is on the project. This role may also work on the estimation process for
projects along with the BA. This role may also include quality aspects as
does the senior business analyst depending on project requirements.
