*Job Details: *

Respond to inquiries regarding software applications and then present
solutions.

Analyze errors to isolate errors, response times, latency, etc.

Measures and analyzes performance of applications and transactions.

5 years of experience are required.



Your role and responsibilities are to provide 2nd and 3rd level support for
incidents, where you can flex your analytical mind. You engage the
customers on the Support Community forums and support customers in testing
changes. Coming up with new features that help drive the business is also
part of your job. You´ll be faced with new situations every day, will find
unique solutions and collaborate with a diverse team all around the world.
You will have the support of a close-knit team to help you support
customers and their business.



*Minimum Qualifications:*

Experience in technical customer support (software)

Strong analytical mind Experience with XML



*Desired Skills: *

Knowledge of scripting (XSLT, Javascript) or programming languages (e.g.
Java) is preferred

Experience with customization/implementation of IT service management
applications (Remedy, ServiceNow, SolveDirect or others)

Experience with SQL

ITIL Certification

Technical Education (ie Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science)
