Yes, it's kinda strange. I've added back in the Completed item in the development version, though the whole flow of support notes probably needs to be re-thought. The only difference between lowercase and uppercase is based on when it's using the translation (in this case to English) vs. when it'

When I go into the screen to view notes, the drop down menu shows "not done", "Not Done" & "Pending"; I don't understand the difference between the lower case "not done" and upper case? Also is there a way to get "Finished" or "Completed" to show up here rather then having to go back to a person's
