macOS installer PKG should appear under "macOS" in the "alternate versions of
ClamAV" section. However, it does seem to be missing.

I'm sorry to say, but yes 0.100 is too old. As of October 29, 0.100 has
exceeded end of life and is now actively blocked from downloading signature
updates.
