While you have ClamAV 0.105.1_1 in your post, the screenshot says ClamAV
0.101_1.1, which is an unsupported version. What version of freshclam is trying
to download updates? What do freshclam's logs say?

over the limit, you should use 'AlertExceedsMax'.

limit in ClamAV of 2GByte.
My company is not using ClamAV for the ususal e-Mail scanning, but for
documents uploaded to a collaboration platform. Some of the documents
