Here is what I use for most anything hosted on sourceforge.net. Using a computer with a browser begin the download process of the program you want. Cancel the actual download then look at this section of the page you are on:

Your download should
begin shortly. If you are
experiencing problems with
the download please use
this direct link.

'this direct link' will be a link to the program which you can right click and 'copy link location' or 'copy shortcut' or whatever. Now you have a url to the file in your clipboard.
