There are at least two, Cygwin includes it precompiled in it's packages (works fine by itself but you may have problems if trying to integrate with a Windows app), and there's WinClam (or something like that which I don't use). Also you can build it yourself, it compiles almost (the clamav included libtool is obsolete) out of the box under Cygwin. The advantage of Cygwin is that you can also have cron to run freshclam, bash, perl, etc. and cygrunsrv to set up any daemon as a Windows service.
