We started getting this error message 5 days ago when we were trying to update
the USB used for virus scan.
Kindly advise on what tasks is needed to perform in order to successfully
download the daily.cvd from database.clamav.net

seems to me that u have some permission problems ..
package install? which distribution? self compiled? any other hints?
otherwise i can only say check
