That will not help you, because clam will stop working, not crashing. Works just fine for me - my spamd occasionally dies, but never hangs with the daemon still running. daemontools is said to work on unix only, what is the altenative in linux? supervise .. but , as said, it won't

supervise .. but , as said, it won't help it the demon stops answering but does not crash at all. supervise is part of daemontools. good to know, i never installed / compilied or viewed daemontools :-)) ( multi admin server )
