I fixed up the fstab. It looks like it still was referring to
partitions from way back when it was running on User Mode Linux. How
many years ago was that?
I'm guessing that might be related to why the upgrade didn't go very
smoothly. :-)

Actually, the reboots were due to the fact the colo physically moved the
server between different sites. They're moving everything from AboveNet
in San Jose to Market Post Tower in San Jose (home of MAE-West). I had
