This bug is a known Cairo problem.
I tested Maemo+Scratchbox+Xephyr with our AWT Demo and several AWT test cases,
They all work perfectly.

I am pretty sure it is a problem in GTK. As it appears, gtk does not recognize
those click events. The AWT does, but gtk doesnt- so postActionEvent is not
called and the button does not change its state (it does

This is because drawString should not draw newlines. This was fixed yesterday.
Roman needs to rework his layout patches to fix this.
