After a lot of work, Nightcode <http://nightcode.info/> is now on the Mac App Store. It remains free and open source, so this paid version is meant as a form of donation (though not tax deductible...). Since the sandboxing required by the MAS made it quite difficult to accomplish, I decided to make a page detailing how I did it, so anyone looking to do this can learn from my experience:
