Put the path to the Java JDK bin directory in the Windows environment
variable named PATH:
e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_15\bin
Create a Windows environment variable named JAVA_HOME containing the path to
the Java JDK:
e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_15
