When you run dmesg did you find anything about your CD ? Did you mean you want to mount the CD burner as /home/partimag ? If so, you have to do that manually. You can refer to this: http://www.sysresccd.org/Sysresccd-manual-en_Burning_a_DVD%2BRW_from_SystemRescueCd_by_mounting_it The required programs are included in Clonezilla live.
