I have a VPS instance, spi-tools-host-1

from which I want to query the database replicas. Following the instructions
at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Database
<https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Database>, I copied my
replica.my.cnf file from my toolforge account and ran:
mysql --defaults-file=$HOME/replica.my.cnf -h
enwiki.analytics.db.svc.wikimedia.cloud enwiki_p
which gives:
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 's54269'@'10.64.37.27' (using
password: YES)
