Thanks very much for the heads up.
As for the forum, I vote for phabricator due to it being a lot easier to
track and search over time (allowed me to see nothing was needed last year)
and probably is better suited to remind the tool's maintenaners as well.

Last year I opened a Phab ticket to notify about this, but I'm not sure if
I should be doing the same to just inform the WMCS team.
