I am running a build off the latest master (fetched around 3:30pm EDT) on a
devcloud VM. When I attempt to upload a template or ISO, I receive an error
stating that a template adapter can not be found and the following stack trace
occurs in the log:
com.cloud.utils.exception.CloudRuntime
