As per log your host doesn't enough capacity. Deployment allocation algorithm
fail to find the cluster having enough capacity to deploy a vm.
Can you check your host capacity in dash board and host status in the host
table or in UI(Infrastructure-Hosts] .

Did you try to upload the .vhd file or .ova. You should upload only .vhd file
because you are having xen hypervisor which support .vhd format.
