I found that:when I make the a static IP address ( MS IP: 192.168.1.6) for all
networks, I can open the CloudStack login UI.

The instructions will be specific to the router you use at home. Check
with the manufacturer provided docs. After you NAT your MS host you can
access it from the outside, using the public ip

I would expect this type of behavior. Your MS lives on your home network... If
you haven't set up some NAT'ing to access it from the Internet you won't be
able to reach it from disparate non-routable networks...
