I am surprised that you do not think the Mayo Clinic doctors state
that long-term Gleevec can affect immunity, it says there in black and
white. It is clear that some studies showed immune system of patients

Well Regina and I now are still going to work on things, but go slow, and
make sure it is done right. Allot of crap has been going on, I swear it is

I am afraid you are wrong. Doctors are NOT talking about suppression
of the immune system like in low WBC when they talk about Gleevec and
the immune system. They are talking about Gleevec inhibiting the
proliferation of the T-cell lymphocytes, which are part of our immune
system.
Wow! I just wanted to extend my congratulations to all the Gleevec
Dads on this list! Now, if only female patients on Gleevec can have an
easier time with pregnancy. At least, the doctors are not totally
against this now and there is a session on CML and pregnancy in the
upcoming ASH meeting.
