Hi Patrick and all, Yes, I tried Ambien and it did put me to sleep but it gave me nightmares. I think I will try the Benadryl. I think it has the same ingredient that the OTC sleep remedies have. Some of those give me nervous legs. Thanks for all the advice on sleep. Blessings all, Jeanie<3 I
