Hi Vivi:
I just had an appointment with a neurologist/ophthalmologist due to
the severe double vision/blurred vision, headaches, long and short-
term memory loss and cognitive difficulties I am experiencing. They
did an MRI/MRA of the brain and ruled out anything concerning there
(whew!). Some
Hi Group,
Received my flu shot yesterday afternoon and about 4 hours later I felt like
crud. I started getting in 2000 and never had a problem before. I wonder
if it was from the shot. Got the stakes, a little nausea, took a 1.0 xanax
and went to bed.

Hi Sandy,
This is most likely the most difficult time of your life. Our son,
Adam, now 15, was diagnosed in March of 04. He was on Gleevec for
almost a year and had serious leg and arm pain for about a month. He
took 400mg (in capsule form) and once he got used to it he managed

Jeanie,
Please forgive the loong (Ike-induced) response time. I'm thinking of you,

Hi Greenie. I had a flu shot about a month ago and had problem at all. I am
on Tasigna, but had them for years on Gleevec without a problem. Hope this

God bless you too,
Millie

I had my flu shot about 2 weeks ago.
I'm on Tasigna also, well, I'm off of it for now because of low counts.

Thanks so much Patrick.
I'm hanging in there.
I haven't had any chemo for about 2 weeks now; don't know whether to be
happy or sad.
My counts are rising slowing, except for my hemg.
I'm trying to eat well, and exercise.
My potassium went up a little this week.
I have to go back on my low
Hi Richard,
It sounds like you are having as much fun as I am hehe.
I've never taken Procrit; I wonder why my onc hasn't mentioned it.
My counts are usually too high, not low, but that Tasigna knocked them for a
loop.
It didn't play around.
